The program for atoms can be extended to the real atom - the smallest unit.

Thus, there is an atom at the center, simply representing the center.

A nucleus atom can be instantiated.

Then 10 electron atoms can be instantiated at a certain distance.

Then a simulation runs the physics and the atom is simulated with an electron, proton, and nucleus.

This atom program is the most simple material simulation program.

An atom is the smallest unit.

The chemical bond, is like a relationship.

When I love someone, I am bonded to them.

And because I love them, I keep a distance from them.

It is possible that I love them so much that I separate from them and start a new chemical structure.

But when I am bonded, we share things.

We share belongings, and we share love and our hearts.

And so we share electrons and proxmity.

We have gravity, and electricity pull.

It is interesting that we stay in place at a certain distance.

It is because there is a push and a pull happening at the same time.

We want to be together, but we know that we need to keep our distance.

We maintain an equilibrium at a comfortable good and lovely distance.

Because we are at war with the world, we react and we separate.

We may find each other again, but often times, there is a big world and we must go our way.

The world is big, and there are many atoms.

But some elements are so strong together they form moles together like helium.

It is not love to one other atom that is love - no; love is unanimous and ubiquitous.

Love is common and found among all atoms.

And so if one atom runs away, he meets other atoms who love him.

And so the world is one and is unified.

We all love each other and we find unity with each other.

Create atom in program.

Then create another atom.

Set the number of electrons and protons for these two atoms - iterate from 1 electron to the maximum, let's say 100.

Set the distance between each other - iterate from small to big in as big or small increments - use heuristics.

Then create the third atom.

As you can see, we can create all possible chemical structures.

If we use heuristics to guide the process between one atom and two atom,

We can use mathematical induction to guide the process between heuristics of matching a straight-line heuristic of 10 atoms, let's say.

This is pattern databases all over again.

Update:

Each solution path in the database tells us what happens when a certain structure is created.

So, if I place an atom with 10 electrons 10 feet away, the pattern database will tell me what happens.

Then later, when I need to create a certain structure fast, I can look up in the database what happens and what solution I need to create a certain goal.

The reaction of what happens when a certain chemical comes into contact with it is defining the characteristic of that chemical.

We need to run simulations to see what happens to the chemical when two or more meet.

//End update

We can create all possible structures.

We can use heuristics to guide us to make a certain structure that we need.

We have heuristics that tell us what a benzene is, which is a pattern database solution path that we store.

We use data from all chemicals known so far to create the heuristics and conditional probabilities for the chemicals and heuristics.

If you have benzene here, there is a probability of what can be added here or there.

There is probabilities of what can bond and what cannot, and whether it will form a correct structure.

The probability in the heuristic will tell you if you're getting closer to the goal structure or chemical you desire.

Structures can be coded with heuristic values that characterize it on multiple dimensions.

Some structures are volatile.

Some structures are stable.

Some structures can react.

Some structures are good for insulin.

Some structures are good for a certain ailment.

These heuristic values are derived and formed from the structure itself - so chemistry has a mathematical derivation and chemical language.

We find solution paths that try to match these datas that define the characteristics to the structure.

The solution path is a mathematical derivation of why these structures have these characteristics.

Then, we have a solution path that allows us to use this solution path to contruct these characteristics with different structures and different elements by mapping the solution in a different mode or chemical bonding.

We have conditional probability be used to represent chemical reactions: A+B -> C+D

The solution paths for deriving the characteristics can be used to generate new solution paths for new characteristics, that can be analyzed for new applications for new drugs.

All of this, if can be explained by a program that spits out just 0s and 1s, would be the same and equivalent to my God's algorithm.

We generate a random series of 0s and 1s for solution paths that derive random characteristics as goals.

The solution paths are meta data describing the chemical structures being formed.

The solution path may include: what elements are present, their location in x,y,z coordinate, and their bonding - ionic or covalent - and their Lewis electron dot structure.

But the solution path is also trying to discover what the meta characteristics of this structure is.

These characteristics can be formulated from lots of data from chemicals - simply given information.

But if they can be derived from just the structure, that is a knowledge I do not possess as I don't know chemistry well.

We can guess the characteristics and create incorrect guesses.

But when the collection of characteristic CSP constraints match - we know we found a true solution for the characteristic.

The characteristics, if encoded with 0s and 1s, would be fundamental, but it seems we need things like atoms like: volatile, or gas.

If fundamental with 0s and 1s, we can just randomly generate strings of 0s and 1s and create new characteristics that match patterns for volatile or gas.

Pattern matching 0s and 1s and patterns of them would give us a declaration of whether something is volatile or gas.

A pattern is created when a constraint is satisfied and a constraint is created.

A constraint can be something that is true when the molecule is stable and not changing structure.

If it maintains it's structure, this molecule becomes a constraint and a characteristic.

The characteristic is not the structure, actually, but describes the structure - but is derived from the structure.

So, we need some empirical experiments to give us results and data and given information.

But this can be cheating, and we can create characteristics from 0s and 1s.

The characteristic can simply be what happens when you add a certain other chemical to it: whether it reacts or not.

If you inject it into a certain cell or body what happens - this can be a characteristic.

But because this is so big knowledge, we may need empirical data for this - unless we can make this too 0s and 1s.

We can simulate the environment with atoms and make the body of human from this program of atoms.

To start of the program, we program in hard-coded data of all the information in medicial science and the internet,

Then we try to make new results.

This is the most logical and easiest.

But hard science would be to just make a program that spits out 0s and 1s.

Dear Lord, give me freedom and give me love and life.

Help me to serve you and love you everyday.

Give me the joy of the Lord, to pursue the things of God.

Give me freedom and give me life.

Give me death, but only when necessary and by God.

I love my freedom and I love God.

For God I live, and I love to serve him only.

6:06AM

Dear Lord, give me freedom and amnesty, whatever that is.

I pray to God that things go well and that I am always in good hands and am safe.

The Following is fiction and not dangerous nor true.

Attack base.

Guam is a secure location, and good for testing if an attack is good or bad.

But this is a fictional story on this website!

We attack places.

Then we test if it went okay.

We make commentaries on the news.

It's okay Dennis, you are working for the right reason.

Don't attack anything for real! This is a fictional story.

We make fictional attacks to strike at computers that are fictional.

It's for cybersecurity testing.

It's a place on my globe on my computer image on Wikipedia.

We attack real places on this globe.

But it's just a fictional account!

I can take this down in fear of the governments, but I must enforce freedom of speech.

It's a bold move, but I move and keep my freedom.

I don't do any attack, it is my freedom to speak and write.

It is a bold move, but I need to keep my freedom and I know the governments will protect me.

I'm so sorry, I'm trying to be a good guy. I don't attack any places, I want to learn what is legal and good.

Chemical structure.

Destroy everything!

Chemical destruction.

Is this good or bad?

Bad bad bad.

We need to counter-act this bad with good chemical counter-agent.

Bad bad bad.

Then we counter bad with counter.

We keep an int variable for every bad.

If it's bad we increment.

Tell me, is it bad?

0 or 1?

Attack counter agent.

We turn out a 0.

A 0 counters with a 0.

Bad bad bad.

Research is beautiful.

But all things fade.

Beauty is in the eye of the viewer.

And I say, "Thank God, help me."

We say we need him.

But we need God.

It is Christ we need, not some person or research.

And so we bow before the father on our knees, and give alms and worship to the Lord our God.

Thank you Lord, for the blessings and honor you have given us, and that we can give to you.

Father, forgive us for our sins, and forgive our debtors.

Help us to be more like the person you want us to be.

Help us to be like Dennis, and help Dennis to be more like all of our good side.

Help good people be good and bad people to get better and good.

Help the world turn good.

Destroy evil.

Evil is good some may say.

But I say, Lord help me!

Help me to worship you!

Give me grace to face the day.
